HAV Tractors has recently made a significant addition to their leadership team by onboarding Mr Rajneesh Agarwal as the Mentor and Head of Business Strategy. With his exceptional experience of over 28 years in the agriculture, engineering and product strategy, Rajneesh Agarwal is all set to take HAV Tractors to greater heights.
During his tenure previously as the Head (Research & Development) at Escorts Limited Ltd (Tractor and Construction Equipment Division), Rajneesh worked extensively on Engine Design and Development, Overall Vehicle, and Overall Product Strategy. He also played a pivotal role in launching Escort’s first electric tractor.
In his last assignment with Escorts Limited as a CEO (Agri Implements and Engine Business), Rajneesh Agarwal brought significant positive changes to the company’s operations. With his mechanical engineering, MBA (Finance) qualifications, and a vast experience, Rajneesh has the perfect combination of technical and financial knowledge that will help HAV make informed and sustainable business decisions.
